Bill is survived by his son, Keith Turner and his wife Laurinda, and their five children, Aimee Swindall and her husband, Ronnie, Andrea Priester and her husband, Cory, and their two children, Kaydence and Austin; Aubrey, Alyssa, and Zach; by daughter, Karen, her husband, Gene Hattaway, and their two children, Ryan and Lindsey; by sister, Beverly Smith.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Relta Mae Turner; his parents George F. and Ruby L. Turner.
Bill served as a United Methodist Pastor for 24 years and as a Chaplain at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas for 30 years.

Reverend Thomas Hill will be officiating.
Graveside Service: 12:15 P.M. Monday, August 6, 2012, Memorial Oaks Cemetery, Houston, Texas.

Bill served as a Naval Hospital Corpsman at Mare Island Naval Hospital during WWII.
