Cynthia Frances Allen, age 64 passed away on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston, TX. Cynthia was born September 29, 1957 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Edward and Frances Kincaid. After graduating high school she moved to Houston to work for Houston Belt and Terminal. She was married to Richard Allen shortly afterward.
Cynthia worked as a clerk and teachers aide for HISD at Elrod Elementary for most of her career. She was a loving and caring mother who always put caring for others above herself. She was a member of Westbury United Methodist Church, an assist scout master in the girl scouts and assistant swim coach.
Mrs. Allen is survived by her Husband of 42 years, Richard; brother Anthony Kincaid; two sisters Deborah Mattox and Sue Snell; two sons Clint and Scott Allen; and one daughter and spouse Sarah and James Johnson.
A visitation for Cynthia will be held Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 4525 Bissonnet Street, Bellaire, Texas. A funeral service will occur Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home.
