Ava "Bug" Danielle Cheevers

Ava Danielle Cheevers, age 9, of Pearland, Texas passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at home, peacefully, surrounded by family and friends. She rejoins her brother, Tyler, also in heaven. Ava was the 4th child of Stan and Caroline Cheevers and sister to Tyler (forever 14), Justin, 13, Hailey, 13, and Savannah, 2.

Ava loved life, and being outside. She was a happy, social child, who adored the movie and music from Frozen, and danced and sang as often as she could. Ava enjoyed eating cotton candy from the zoo and sharing cupcakes with her sister. She loved to swim, and spending time playing and listening to music with her siblings. She was always quick to smile and loved to travel, go shopping and be cuddled. Anyone she smiled at, was instantly wrapped around her little finger. She was an amazing little girl who fought so hard to live, from infancy, and later, from an unknown progressive disease process, for as long as she was able.

She will be missed for eternity. A celebration of life will be held at Earthman funeral home, Bellaire on December 2, 2023 at 12pm.

Family requests those who attend her celebration of life service, to wear something Frozen or supergirl related.
