Teresa is survived by her hija Cristina Ortiz; her hijo Cristobal Ortiz; her hijo Jose Ortiz; her hija Maria De Jesus Ortiz; and her hija Irma Ortiz.
Teresa was preceded in death by her hijo Julio Alfonso Ortiz.

A sepelio will occur Friday, May 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Inglewood Park Cemetery, 720 E Florence Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301.
