Sebastyan is survived by his son Nathanyel Uzziah Ochoa; his father Americo Ochoa and his mother Jennifer Marie Ochoa; his brother Adrian Jacob Alonso Ochoa, his brother Christopher Isaiah Ochoa, his sister Jullyett Esmeralda Ochoa; his grandmother Rosalina Palmero, his aunt Esmeralda Palmero and Nancy Nevarez and his significant other Emily Gomez.
A visitation for Sebastyan will be held Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Chino, 13002 South Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at St. Josephs Catholic Church, 877 N. Campus Ave., Upland, CA 91786. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 W. G. St., Ontario, CA 91796.
