Carlos is survived by his esposa, Balvina Rodriguez; his hija Karla Vallejo; his hija Griselda Vallejo; his hijo Erick Vallejo; and his hija Claudia Vallejo.
Carlos was preceded in death by his hijo Juan Carlos Vallejo.

A servicio will occur Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 4667 E. Gage Avenue, Bell, CA 90201. A sepelio will occur Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601.
