Carlos is survived by his esposa, Balvina Rodriguez; his hija Karla Vallejo; his hija Griselda Vallejo; his hijo Erick Vallejo; and his hija Claudia Vallejo.

Carlos was preceded in death by his hijo Juan Carlos Vallejo.
