Bill was born in Baltimore, MD and came to Bel Air, MD with his family when he was 14 years old. He graduated from Bel Air High School in 1973 and from Harford Community College. He was very proud of his career of more than 30 years with the State Highway Administration. His favorite things include baseball, football, the beach, walking trails, and cats!
Bill is survived by his brother (Bob), 16 cousins, Aws Ezzat (a special friend), many other friends, and Debbie Bell (the love of his life).
A funeral mass for William will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church (Historic), 533 E Jarrettsville Rd, Forest Hill, MD 21050. Following the funeral mass will be a graveside service from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at Bel Air Memorial Gardens, 809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014. A reception to follow.
