On April 12, 2017, Tina Carmella Nierwienski (nee Modesto); beloved wife of the late Walter F. Nierwienski; devoted mother of Linda Lidard and her husband Bob, Pat Menzel and her husband Dave, and Theresa Whitley and her husband Jerry; loving grandmother of Norman Rush, III, David Menzel, Jr., Anthony Rush, Jeremy, Corey, and Matthew Whitley; cherished great-grandmother of Dominic, Camden, and Luca Rush; dear great-great-grandmother of Rylynn Rush, and cherished sister of Rose Wilson and her husband James, Cecelia Walters and her husband Donald, Eddie Modesto and his wife Margaret, and the late Anthony Modesto, Mary Gerick, Helen Szczepaniak, and Anna Rossi.
