Richard Roman Baczynskyj, age 63, of Joppa, Maryland passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Richard was born February 24, 1958; he was the beloved husband, soulmate and love of her life to Tammy Baczynskyj; devoted fur baby father of Ritchie, Sandy, Tilley and Pebbles; dear brother of Bill Baczynskyj, Lisa Perich; cherished brother-in-law of Jeffrey and Cindy Herpst; loving uncle of Morgan and Katie Perich, Jessica and Rachael Herpst. Richard was the son of the late Roman and Liselotte Baczynskyj. Richard was an excellent drummer and musician since the age of 14, he also worked as a Systems Analyst for Bethlehem Steel thru EDS for 22 years.
A visitation for Richard will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014. A small service will occur Saturday, January 8, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 5:15 PM, 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014. A funeral service will occur Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM, 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014.
In lieu of flowers contributions are preferred to be made to the Harford County Humane Society, 2208 Connolly Road Fallston, MD 21047, or any NO Kill Shelters.
