On February 29th, Philip Winston Swoboda, beloved father of Carina Boyce and Stefanie Kelley; dear grandfather of Alyssa Boyce, Kyla Boyce and Eve Kelley; devoted brother of Brenda “Suzy” O’Malley passed away unexpectedly. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
