Mary Ellen Dolly

Married to Rick for over 44 years, she is also survived by her four children with spouses; William and Ruby Dolly of Conway, SC, Edward and Susan Dolly of Reisterstown, MD, Richel and Dennis McDonald of Conowingo, MD, and Richard Dolly Jr and Victoria of Fawn Grove, PA; grandchildren William Jr., Sara, Seth, Shyann, Rebecca, Ellie, Lincoln, Owen and Quentin; and special Niece Rhonda Washington, as well as numerous other Dolly relatives. She was preceded in death by her sister and best friend Audrey, and her mother Ruth.

She retired from Allegany Health Nursing & Rehabilitation, where she spent the majority of her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This profession matched her well, as she was always compassionate and caring of others. She was also known to give you honest advice. She deeply loved her husband, children and grandchildren, cherishing her role as “MeMe”.

In accordance with her wishes, there will not be a funeral service.
