Maria G. Meehan, age 66, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Charles A. Meehan, Jr.; devoted mother of Lauren Keefe and her husband Stuart Keefe and Charles A. Meehan, III and his fiance Samantha Sterbenz; loving grandmother of Connor Keefe, Colin Keefe, and grandpup Bailey Meehan; dear sister-in-law of Bryan “Tim” Meehan, Sr., and wife Lisa, and aunt of Caitlin Snyder and husband Justin, and Bryan Meehan, Jr., and wife Leslie; beloved niece of Olga and Manuel Pernas and cherished cousin of Julia Benedick and her husband Richard, Ricardo Pernas and his wife Deborah, and Marlene Pribyl and her husband Charles; dear godmother of Robert Rohlfing and Victoria Wiley; and survived by many other loving family members and friends.
A visitation for Maria will be held Thursday, October 10, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Friday, October 11, 2024 at Saint Ignatius Catholic Church (Historic), 533 E Jarrettsville Rd, Forest Hill, MD 21050 with an entombment to follow in Bel Air Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 809 Rock Spring Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014.
