On August 27, 2017, Lynn Teresa Leighton (nee Fischer), beloved wife of Robert D. Leighton, Jr.; devoted mother of Michelle Anderson and her husband Marvin, Robert Leighton, III and his wife Melanie, Bruce Leighton and his wife Ashley, and David Leighton and his wife Buu; dear daughter of Catherine Fischer; loving grandmother of Jess, Boston, and Payton Anderson, Makena, Isaac, Devon, Katie, Drew, and Quynh Leighton; cherished niece of Maryanne Steiner; sister of Bruce Fischer and his wife Angie, Karen Otto and her husband Herbert, and Donna Hairfield and her husband Frank.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W. MacPhail Road, Bel Air, on Wednesday and Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11 am at Faith Southern Baptist Church, 2494 Singerly Road, Elkton. Interment Highview Memorial Gardens.
