On December 29, 2013, Joyce L. Kelly; beloved wife of Edward H. Kelly, Jr.; devoted mother of Anne Marie Toskes and husband Paul, Bryan Klapproth and wife Sharon, Jeanne Cross; loving grandmother of Councilman Joseph Woods and wife Laura, Elisabeth Toskes and Rebecca Toskes.
Joyce was born September 8, 1935, and resided in Fallston. She was a nurse for several years at the newly opened Fallston General Hospital, then went to work with her husband as a nurse with Kelly Ambulance Service in Harford Co.
Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd., Bel Air MD 21214, on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, 3-5 & 7-9 p.m., and where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2014, at 11 a.m. No visitation on Wednesday, January 1. Interment Little Falls Friends Meeting House Cemetery.
