RIP Joyce my dear friend for over 20 years. I have so many great memories with you. We could sit face to face or on the phone and talk for hours about anything and everything. I will miss that. To the family and friends I will have you all in my thoughts and prayers. Joyce I love you and I  will miss you dearly. I will see you again and we can sit for hours and talk. I know that God has given you your angel wings. 

I worked with Joyce at APG.  She was a wonderful co-worker and always a delight to be around.  May fond memories bring comfort to her family and friends.

Joyce will miss you sorely.  So many stories during the times I worked with.  Your friendship knows no bounds, from my raising with you through the red light just so I beat you to the parking lot in the morning, and I'll be waving at you at the red light, to the time we could barely contain ourselves from laughing so hard when you'll share how you had to wash your hair in the bowl because the water was turned off just in time when you'd shampoo all over your hair, to how you said you are a season ticket holder but was soaked in the rain watching the Ravens game and we'll tell you we watched the entire game front seat from the comfort of of home and not have a drop of rain.  We'll miss you dearly.  Rest in peace.  Rofino Cris).

I liked Joyce the minute I met her at RDECOM, around 2003.  She was so friendly!  Everytime I came back to Maryland, we got together with our other friends.  Was so looking forward to that in August.  I love you and will miss you.  Heaven gained an angel!

Our hearts go out to Jeff and Todd through this difficult time.  Lanny and I miss you already so much.   Your kind soul was always an inspiration to us all.  Rest In Peace our sweet Joyce, best neighbor ever for 27 years ❤️ 

I was so fortunate to be considered a friend of Joyce's.  Tony and I send our condolences to Jeff, Todd, family and friends. Joyce was always a bright light and a joy to be around.Joyce, you will be greatly missed. 

I will always remember Joyce and her little red car.  She was  a loving, caring, and joyful person.  I will miss you dearly Joyce, and I am so blessed that you were my friend.  Fly with the angels!!

I knew Joyce my whole working career. She was a great friend. After retirement we lost touch. This news saddens my heart and the world will be less fortunate without her. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. Until we meet again my friend. ❤️🙏

Joyce was a Wonderful lady and she always had great stories to tell me about her life she always brought a smile to our faces. I worked with her in military personnel for a few years she trained me in the job and was very patient and explained everything in detail. She loved her tennis at one time. She will be missed very much by all. Rest In Peace and May God be with you Joyce.
