On April 27, 2023 Hector Davila Martinez passed away surrounded by his family. Sergeant Davila Martinez served for 20 years in the US Army, serving in the Vietnam Conflict and concluded his career at Aberdeen Proving Ground. He was the beloved husband of Graciela Davila; devoted father of Laura Lucia Velazquez and her husband Roberto, Cristina Graciela Saulsbery, and Lurdes Graciela Davila; cherished grandfather of Abby Velazquez, Mia Velazquez, Zebulun Diego Saulsbery, and Ariel Luna Saulsbery.
