Elva Belle Bledsoe, age 78, of Edgewood, Maryland passed away on Saturday, May 14, 2022. Elva was born October 27, 1943 to the late Nicholas and Bertha Carter; beloved mother of Kimberly Crocker and her husband Mike; loving stepmother of Noel “Kit” Lohr; cherished grandmother of Kasey Helfer, Dennis Bosley, Jr., Brianna Bosley, Nicole Parker and Brooke Wagoner; loving great-grandmother of Nicolaus, Keith, Miyah, Peyton, Davie, Jr., Dani, Julius; dear sister of Kate, Marion and Bobby. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
