On December 15, 2023 Daniel "Danny" Hylock passed away. He was the beloved husband of Lorinda Hylock; devoted son of Edward Hylock and Deborah Hylock (nee Wirt); loving brother of Gregory Hylock and his wife Megan; loving son-in-law of Lorraine Pease and the late Seymour Shackelton; dear brother-in-law of Jonathan Shackelton, Matthew Shackelton, James Shackelton, and Lauraleigh Pease; cherished uncle of Katherine Hylock, Brooks Hylock, Alex, Natalie, Nathan, Alexander and Maizy; he is also survived by his loving dog Kyra.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd Bel Air, MD 21014 on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (Abingdon, MD). Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Daniel's name to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758516 Topeka, KS 66675.
