On June 17, 2011, Charlotte Margaret Mullen (nee Corcoran), beloved wife of the late Carroll James Mullen, cherished mother of Carol M. Graham and her husband Ronald B., dear grandmother of Heather Phelps, Erin Bichell and Barry Graham; great-grandmother of Grady Bichell, Ian Phelps and Connor Bichell; dear sister of the late Rossie Hess; she is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at the St. Margaret Church, Bel Air on Wednesday at 10 am, interment to follow at the Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
