On June 14, 2015 Charles A. Lay passed away. He was the beloved wife of Fay Lay; devoted father of Michele Delaney and her husband Kevin; dear brother of Donald Lay and his wife Petti, Robert Lay and his wife Betty as well as five late siblings; loving grandfather of Megan and Kaitlyn Delaney; he is also survived by many other loving family members.
