Brooks Wayne Johnson

On June 19, 2023 Brooks Wayne Johnson passed away. He was the beloved husband of Sandi Johnson; devoted father of Caleb Wayne Johnson; cherished son of the late Brooks Johnson, Lillian Johnson (Lewis), the late Bob Reed and Marjorie Reed; dear brother of Joan(Larry), Patricia(Andy), Margaret(Steve), Margie(Bruce), Martha(Allen), Kenneth, Tina(Bill),Charles, Jamie(Tammy), brother-in-law Roy and sister-in-law Myrna. Wayne is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, family and friends. He was predeceased by his sisters Cynthia, Elaine(Greg) and brother John.

Wayne was a great carpenter who loved building things. He had a huge love for all music genres but his favorites were Elvis, Michael Jackson, The Doors, Bruce Springsteen and Corey Taylor. He loved his family and kept them all laughing with his interesting stories. Wayne enjoyed spending time with his dogs Jett and Daisy.

A Celebration of Wayne's life will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, promptly at 11:00 a.m., at First Baptist Church of Perryville. A meal will follow. We would love for all to join us.
