76, passed away October 18, 2016. He was born in Beech Grove to the late Howard Starkey and Artie Mae Sturgeon. William retired from Citizens Gas where he worked for over 35 years.
He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Patricia Ann Starkey; children Lola Cody, Rhonda Craig, Bill H. Starkey, and John T. Logan; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday October 24th from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Indianapolis Humane Society.
