Gerald Thomas Hudson

79, of Beech Grove, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011. He was born November 6, 1931 in Evansville, IN. Tom was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He retired as a supervisor for Housing & Urban Development. Tom was a very active member of Irvington Presbyterian Church and dedicated much of his time to its activities and offices. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Hudson; daughter, Jan (Eric) Schreibman of Indianapolis, IN; son, Jeff Hudson of Beech Grove, IN; sister, Pat Kishline of Evansville, IN; several grandchildren; one great granddaughter; and two nieces of Evansville, IN. He is preceded in death by his son, Doug Hudson. Funeral service is Friday, March 11, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. at Irvington Presbyterian Church, 55 Johnson Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46219, where visitation is from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Irvington Presbyterian Church Music Department or Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
