Clifford Norman Wheeler

Clifford Norman "Sonny" Wheeler, 78, of Beech Grove, Indiana passed away May 29, 2022. Sonny was a United States Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. After being discharged from the Navy he went to work for Naval Avionics and later RCA and Xerox. He worked as an installer for Hanna Car Wash Systems installing and supervising installation of equipment for car washes all across the United States and finished his career at Wash Pro. Sonny was a member of the Good Sam Camping Club, Star of Indy Chapter 87 and the Chapter C Goldwing Riders Association. Sonny is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary (Gasaway) Moore and Clifford Wheeler and his siblings, John R. Moore, Toni E. Labbe, Ann M. Pappas and Michael R. Wheeler.

Sonny is survived by his wife, Donna Troutman-Wheeler; his children, William H. Wheeler (Candy), Norma M. Goode (Mike), Tommy Norman Wheeler (Shannon), Emily L.T. Wheeler (Dustin) and Nathan W. Wheeler (Alicia); grandchildren, Alicia L. Wheeler, Jonathan S. Wheeler, Levi M. Goode, Zoey E. Wheeler, Mitchel Wheeler, Charlie N. Wheeler and Jack T. Wheeler; Honorary grandchildren, Caitlyn M. Carter, Megan E. Callon, Melanie N. Outen, Abbey E. Kern, Adam A. Kern and Revyn G. McKay; great-grandchildren, Gavin R. Wheeler, Hailee R. White, Hunter R. White, Allison J. Wheeler, Carlie J. Wheeler, Carter S. Wheeler, Payton E. Goode and Huntsen M. Goode; his siblings, Steve D. Wheeler (Darlene), Barbara LaPorte, Jeffrey A. Wheeler and Kathryn Rogers (John).

Visitation for Sonny will be Thursday June 16, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 1301 Main Street, Beech Grove, Indiana 46107 and 1 hour prior to the service on Friday. Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, June 17, 2022 at Little & Sons. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood with Military rites will be conducted by the United States Navy and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Military Honor Guard.
