I worked with Carlos for many years both at DEEM and at Edwards. He was a good friend and I will always remember him as the jovial, fun-loving guy whose light burned brightly albeit all too briefly. The thoughts and prayers of many will be with you and your family.

Carlos always had a smile whether he was here in office or I was on the phone with him.  You will be missed.

Carlos was a very good man to me and to others I think of him as a uncle he always let me help him work on his truck and would invite me to his house with open arms he always stood with his head up high and if I needed advice about anything he would always do what he could with what he had to make sure I was satisfied with with my choice. I love you Carlos you and barb will always be in my heart and mind.

Carlos will be sadly missed by me & my family we first met carlos when him & his wife Barbara moved next door to us & became our neighbors a lil over 2 years ago and it was an amazing honor to have had him as a friend / neighbor in such a short time we wish it could have been a lot longer but we do cherish the time that we had with you not only just as a neighbor but also a friend. We will miss you carlos

Hey, cousin, words cannot explain the sadness that goes through my heart.  We will miss u, so much.  We love u and cherish all the great memories I carry within me.  I cannot seem to find it in my heart to say goodbye to you, but I will simply say "see you later".  One day we will all be reunited once again.  I will forever miss you carlitos.

Carlos you were always a pleasure to talk to,i will deeply miss our conversations about deer hunting, and I deeply appreciated your help in getting me my hunting lease, I will miss you and I am so sorry that I didn't get to talk with you before went on your next journey, god bless you my friend

Primo you will be miss.  Even that we didnt see each other I love you always remembered the times you would come when we were younger.  You will be missed not a good bye but we will see each other again.

I will always remember Carlos because of his loyalty to my Father. Yes he was always warm, friendly,  and caring but his true character was built on his unwaivering love for those closest to him.  Always smiling,  always loving - I will never forget you.

Lydia, I am very sorry to hear about the passing of your brother.  My prayers are with you and his entire family.  Having come from a family with three older brothers, I know you must be recalling your youth as if it were yesterday and all the fun times.  I hope these memories comfort you in the times ahead.
