71, of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012. She was born January 31, 1941 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Everett Cain and Gertrude Ellis. Betty is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Elbert Balch, Jr.; sister, Pauline Woodward; brother, William Cain; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, December 7, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Little & Sons Funeral Home, Beech Grove Chapel, where the funeral will be held Saturday, December 8, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at New Crown Cemetery.
