William "Bill" Charles Hodges

William "Bill" Charles Hodges, 73, of Lester, WV, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Charleston Area Medical Center. Born on November 11, 1944 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late William and Beulah Lusk Hodges.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Hodges; sisters, Faye Adams and Ruth Cole, both of Brier Creek, WV.

He is survived by his son, Matthew Hodges and daughter-in-law, Tamber Hodges of Beckley; grandson, Nate Hodges of Beckley; and sister, Roberta Hodges of Brier Creek, WV.

Bill retired from Cabot Oil and Gas from the Compressor Division. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Reverend Brian McAlister officiating.

Entombment will follow the service in the Hope Mausoleum of Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.

The family invites family and friends to a catered reception following the Entombment in the Catered Reception Room of Blue Ridge Funeral Home.
