She was preceded in death by her father, Roy R. Fortner; grandparents, Catherine and John Fortner and Luella and Chesterfield Ward Sr.
Survivors include her mother, Janet Ward Fortner; special friend, Steve Smallwood, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and church family.
Terah always had a smile for everyone and if you asked her to remember you in prayer, she did pray beautiful prayers. She loved to sing and worship Jesus.
Funeral Service will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 1:00 pm. Friends may gather with the family from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
Services will be conducted by Beckley United Pentecostal Church Pastor Jacob Pack officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
