Patsy Jane Woods

Patsy Jane Woods, 64, of Crab Orchard, was called home to be with the Lord at 4:30 am, Saturday, December 5, 2015, at the Bowers Hospice House in Cranberry, West Virginia after a short battle with cancer.

She was born December 30, 1950 in Bluefield, West Virginia to the late Frank and Mary Thompson. Patsy grew up in New Richmond, West Virginia and attended Pineville schools.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Ernie Lee Woods; daughters, Ann Marie Hurm and Bridget Lynn Brooks; grandchildren, Cori Rae-Ann Hurm and Isaac Lee Brooks and Timothy Edwin Brooks; two son-in-laws, two sisters, three brothers, and several sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Friends may gather with the family on Friday, December 11, 2015 from 1-4 pm at Blue Ridge Funeral Home.

Services will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 1 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Richard Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow after at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
