Oscar Wright

February 5, 1937 in Blue Pennant, WV. Oscar served 20 years in the U.S. Airforce. He enjoyed fishing, bird watching and spending time with his dog, Lady.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Shea; brothers, Jimmy Wright, Ernest “Buddy” Wright and Wilford Wright; sister, Bernice Scarbro. Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Stephen Wright of Whitesville; daughters, Terri Williams and husband Rex of Artie, Sonya Stanley and companion Bobby Willocks of NC, Jeanne Bryant and husband Joe of Summersville, Kimberly Bryant and husband Timmy of Colcord and Krista Bryant and companion Arthur Wills of Fairdale; 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 2pm at Ewing Creek Community Church, Clear Creek, WV.
