Mary Ida England

Mary Ida England, 95, of Mullens, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017. She was the daughter of the late William and Eliza Barnes. Born April 17 1921 in Sevierville, TN. Ida was a homemaker and a member of Charity Baptist Church. She served 50+ years in Eastern Star. Those preceding her in death is her husband, Oscar England; mother, Eliza Clay; step-father, William Clay; father, William Barnes; in-laws, John and Nancy England; son, Conley England; grandson, Steven Spiller. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Neicha Univea Spiller and husband Rayford, Ernest England and wife Carol, Rex England and wife Donna, Ronnie England and wife Fonda, Sandra Kay Mckenzie and friend Gene, and Boyd England and wife Rita; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Friends may gather with the family Friday, March 31, 2017 from 11-12 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 12pm, Friday, March 31, 2017 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Larry England officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with family and friends to serve as pallbearers.
