Margaret "Moe" Mozelle Billips

Born February 19, 1929 in Manheim, PA; she was a daughter of the late Posey Lee Shockley and the late Dorothy Alma Ogle Jennings.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Eugene Shockley.

She was of the Baptist faith. Moe loved her family and spending time with them, she had a smile for everyone and brought happiness to us all. She had a wonderful sense of humor.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of 63 years, Donald “Don” Billips; a daughter, Debra R. Bowman and husband, Michael, of Surveyor, WV; a son, Michael R. Billips of Glen White, WV; sisters, Ruth Packard of Manheim, PA and Janet Ott of New Holland, PA; sister in law, Trudy Shockley of York, PA; grandchildren, Stacy Ince and husband, David, Amanda Sloan and husband, Robert, Brent Bowman, Ashley Billips, Austin McCarty, Colin Vaughn, and Maggie Billips; great-grandchildren, Tyler Sloan, Ian Sloan, Alana Sloan, Ayden Ince, Ava Ince, Caleb Bowman, Chance Billips, Zhayne Billips, Jordan Billips, Tyson Billips; great-great grandchild, Everlee Sloan.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic all services to celebrate the life of Margaret Mozelle “Moe” Billips, will be private with Pastor Ricky Peters officiating. Following the services Moe will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. David Ince, Ayden Ince, Robert Sloan, Ian Sloan, Tyler Sloan, and Brent Bowman will be serving as pallbearers.
