Lora Beth Wriston

Born on August 28, 1980, she was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. She worked as a pharmacy technician for CVS Pharmacy in Fayetteville, WV.

She was the daughter of Rick Wriston and Kathy Treadway of Maple Fork. She was her dad’s pride and joy.

Lora was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed all outside activities including working with her dad in the hay fields, fishing and camping with her sons, nieces and nephews. Lora had a kind heart and infectious smile.

Lora was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Wriston; nephews, Robert Phil and Matthew Joseph Wriston; special cousin, Freddy Clay, Jr.; brother, Joshua Smith and uncle, Carl Larson, and aunt Rhonda Kay Callahan.

Those left to cherish her memories other than her parents are her grandmother’s, Betty Wriston, Evelyn Callahan and Joann Durham; her grandfather, Kenneth Callahan; her sons, Timothy Jay Dotson and Kaleb M. Smith; her brothers, Ricky (Shante’) Wriston and Seth Treadway; sister, Megan Smith and special cousin, Sandy Clay and numerous family members and friends.

Services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor Jim Bowyer officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Timmy

J. Dotson, Nicholas Clay, Ricky Wriston, Roger Wriston, Shannon Wriston and Daniel Hanna.

Friends may gather with the family Monday from 6 – 8 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to Hospice of Southern West Virginia at 454 Cranberry Dr. Beckley, WV 25801 in memory of Lora.
