Leasa Arzella Cox

Our Blessed Little Angel went home to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday April 9, 2025. Leasa was born on June 10, 1965, to the late Carl Cox Jr. and Arzella Tolliver Cox. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Bill Greene and nephews Christopher Cox and Bryan Bjork. She was a member of Abraham Holiness Church.

Leasa's memory will be forever cherished and never forgotten by her four brothers, Command Sargent Major Hubert Lee Cox and wife Sherri of San Antonio, TX, Dwayne Cox and wife Darlene of Beckley, Carl E. Cox and wife Barbara of Beckley, Gordon Cox of Thomasville, NC; and her three sisters Drema and husband Darrell Darnell of Beckley, Vanessa Martin of Beckley, and Debra Greene of Beckley, as well as several nieces and nephews that she loved unconditionally.

Also left to cherish Leasa's memory are two special friends, Louise and Jean, and her brothers and sisters in Christ of Beckley Church of God and Abraham Holiness Church.

Leasa touched the hearts of many and was a very special lady who never met a stranger. She loved every person she met wholeheartedly.

A celebration of Leasa's life will be conducted on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 1:00pm, at Blue Ridge Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Keener and Brother Gary Johnston officiating. Friends may gather with the family beginning at 12:00 pm. Leasa will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the ER and ICU staff of Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital for their care and attentiveness to Leasa and her family.

Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
