Kyle Grayson Lusk

Kyle was a graduate of WVU Law School and a prominent attorney in the area for over 40 years and a benefactor of the WVU School of Arts. He was an amazing husband, grandfather, brother, and friend. He also loved martial arts, traveling, the outdoors, attending WVU Football and Basketball games, and spending time with his beloved grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, his beloved dog, Warren, precedes him in death.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Shevona Lusk; stepson, Matthew Shamblin; brother, Dan Lusk of NC; grandchildren, Mary “Brie” Shamblin, Kamryn Ciochetty, and Gavin Bodkin; and Amanda Bodkin the mother of his grandchildren.

Those also surviving include his sister-in-law, Sandy Withrow and husband Harold of OH; brothers-in-law, Noah Nary Jr of Beckley, Randy Nary and wife Kristy of VA, and Roger Nary of Mt. Hope and his children; nieces, Katelyn Withrow of OH, Shevona Withrow, Emily Huegel and husband Mitch of NC; nephews, Daniel and Nicholas Nary, and Nathan Lusk and wife Kelly of NC; cousins, Patty and Marshall Parker of VA, and Linda Kennedy of Princeton; aunt, Ethel McColgan of Princeton; and a host of extended family, friends, and pets Grayson, Sara, and Paradise.

The family would like to thank everyone including his associates, friends, family, and former clients.

Funeral service will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral home on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 3:00pm. Family will gather from 1:30 – 2:00 and friends may gather with the family from 2:00 – 3:00pm. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
