Judith was born October 29, 1943 in Glen View, WV; she was a daughter of the late Burley "Bill" and Lillian Cox Holstein.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Holstein.
Those left to cherish her memory includes her two sisters, Betty Sarver and Janice Cole; brother David Holstein; three sons, Jeffery Meadows and wife, Kimberly; Michael Scott Meadows and wife, Kristi; and Andrew David Meadows and wife, Carolina; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces, and nephews; extended family and friends.
She will be laid to rest beside her parents at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. A service of Reflection will be held for the immediate family at a later date.
