He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 2 sisters, Helen Totton and Dolly Swartz; 3 brothers, Randall Williams, Harvey Jarrell, and Paul Jarrell.
Those left to cherish his memory includes his loving wife, Phyllis Williams; sister, Patty Withrow; 3 step-daughters, Glenna Lee (Eric), Cindy Canterbury and Debbie Foster; 5 step-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren; a host of extended family and friends; and his special fur baby, Teddy.
A private service for the family will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations of sympathy be sent to Hospice of Southern West Virginia, PO Box 1472, Beckley, WV 25802.
