Dorothy Elizabeth Hines was born on January 18, 1923 in Zenith, West Virginia and passed away on March 31, 2020 in Cool Ridge, West Virginia at the age of 97.
Dorothy is preceded in death by her late husband of 35 years, Mr. Ralph Hines; her parents Jonathan and Neva (Harvey) Martin; grandson Tim Elliott; and 7 siblings. Dorothy is survived by her daughter Lois "Jeannie" Elliott; and her granddaughter Karen Brown.
Dorothy was a woman of faith and attended Perry Memorial United Methodist Church. She was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking. Her passion in life was spending time with her family.
