Donna J. Cox Blevins, 51, of Sophia, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Summers Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Hinton. She was the daughter of Janet Adams Cox and the late Rev. Okey Cox. She was born December 24, 1964 in Sophia, West Virginia. Donna attended Soak Creek Gospel Tabernacle and enjoyed collecting antiques and traveling. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Sammy Blevins. Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Janet Adams Cox; sons, Justin Blevins of Sophia and Patrick Blevins of Sophia; daughter, Holly Blevins of Sophia; sisters, Debbie Cox of Sophia, Rhonda Cox of Sophia, Kimberly Lacy and husband Kelly of Crab Orchard; nephew, Christopher Cox and son Alex Cox of Sophia; grandchildren, Addison Blevins, Josslyn Owens, Paisley Blevins, Colton Kamensky, Kolby Gillespie and a host of extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at later date.
