Born on February 8, 1950 in Fairmont, WV, to Roberta J. and John J. Kodak.
She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
She is survived by a brother, Charles Kodak, a son, Anthony, a daughter, Angela, two grandsons, and great-grandsons and many nieces and nephews and many in life who called her friend, sister and mom.
A celebration of life will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home at 4pm on Sunday, February 19.
