Debbie Lynn Cecil

Debbie Lynn Cecil, 52, of Stephenson WV passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018 by a tragic accident. Debbie went home to be with the Lord. Debbie will be missed by many. Her family and friends will never forget how she has touched their lives. Debbie’s smile will live forever in our heart and soul. Debbie enjoyed spending time with family, friends and her beloved pets. Debbie worked at Beckley and MacArthur Wal-Mart for many years. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents Martin and Susie Hess, two sisters Diane McKinney, Rita Myers, and one brother Martin E. Hess and the love of her life Peyton “Eddie” Bailey of Stephenson West Virginia. Debbie is survived by her son Brian Cecil, and daughter Crystal Cecil and their father Kenneth Cecil; sister, Melissa O’Neal and husband, Jake, special cousin Phyllis Green, three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 23, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Blue Ridge Funeral Home in Beckley, West Virginia with Pastor Ernest Green officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be two hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
