Born December 1, 1949 in Rupert, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Franklin Young and Marie Divine. Charlotte was a member of Hollywood Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, reading, crafts, painting, fishing and being with her family and friends.
In addition to her father, preceding her in death is her husband, Kent Carman.
Those left to cherish her memory are mother, Marie Divine of Talcott; sons, Brandon Carman of Charleston and Jason Lively of Charleston; brother, Jeffrey Young of North Carolina; sister, Pamela Bennett of Talcott; mother-in-law, Vevitia Carman of MacArthur and brother-in-law, Kevin Carman of MacArthur.
A memorial service will be held Monday, December 28, 2015, 3:00 pm at Hollywood Baptist Church.
