Billy B. Ratliff

He was born October 19, 1949 in Charleston, WV to Sherman and Kathleen Ratliff.

He was a 1969 graduate of Shady Spring High School.

He enjoyed life… spending time with family, attending sporting events, laughing with grandchildren, spending time with his nephew Ritchie Keith, and talking/joking with others. He had a kind heart and a fun loving spirit.

Left to honor and remember his spirit are: wife, Phyllis Ratliff and three children, Lori (William) Bragg, Jamie Wilkinson, and Scott (Tishie) Ratliff; seven grandchildren, Brianna Bragg, Kali Bragg, Isaac Bragg, Lilly Wilkinson, Wylie Wilkinson, Kyler Ratliff and Ella Ratliff; a sister, Carol Hannah; a brother, Larry (Linda) Ratliff; and many nieces and nephews.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Ratliff; and brother in law Dallas Hannah.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 5, 2019 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home.

Friends may visit from 12-2pm.
