Ted passed away peacefully on May 12, 2017, after a brief battle with cancer. He was born at the Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma on July 2, 1968. He graduated Aloha High School in 1987. For the last 20 years, Ted has worked for the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Wilsonville, Oregon. Before that, he worked for 12 years at the Canned Food Grocery Outlet in Beaverton, Oregon. If you knew Ted, you would describe him as dependable, loyal and hard-working. He was a wonderful brother and son. Ted had a kind and gentle soul with a great sense of humor. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He was known as an extremely hard-worker, who could also be a little silly from time to time. He was loved by all the children in his life, including his little sisters, as well as, all of his nieces and nephews.
Ted is survived by his father George and stepmother, Janet Scott of Beaverton, Oregon; brother, Michael Scott of Beaverton, Oregon; sisters, Christine Cruzat of Portland, Oregon and Jenifer Scott of Beaverton, Oregon; uncle, John Scott of Beaverton, Oregon; aunts, Carol St. Louis of McMinnville, Oregon and Kathleen Eiserich of Sebastopol, California; nieces, Tiffany Scott and Ivy and Daphne Bronson; nephew, Gavin Scott; and great nephew, Keenan Scott-Hardy, all of Beaverton, Oregon.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 1pm at Pegg, Paxson and Springer Funeral Chapel; 4675 SW Watson Avenue, Beaverton, Oregon 97005.
