Jane was raised of the Lutheran faith and graduated from Rockford East High School. Following high school, she headed to Spokane, Washington with her husband, Robert Strom. Two sons were born to them, Mike and Chris. She later married Len Weaver in February of 1991 in her favorite city, Victoria, BC. They adopted two girls, Katie in 2002 and Elizabeth in 2005.
She enjoyed gardening, traveling, painting, watching old films, spending time with her family, and cuddling with her cats.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, and her son Chris. She is survived by her husband, Len; her children Mike, Katherine, and Elizabeth; her cat; and her beloved grandkitty.
