Mr. James P. Wheeler was born in Oakland, CA on March 29, 1922 to James and Ethel (O'Callahan) Wheeler. He served honorably in the United States Army in Europe during World War II. Mr. Wheeler passed away in King City, OR on January 13, 2014, age 91. He is survived by his wife Velma and their family.
