Wayne Monroe Ruggles, 85, of Vidor, Texas passed away October 18, 2016 in Vidor, Texas. Wayne was born April 23, 1930 in Severy, Kansas to Claude Ruggles and Jessie Shearer-Ruggles. He was a life-long resident of Vidor, TX and a devoted member of Grace Bible Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Ruby Lucille and by his niece, Rose Peveto. Wayne is survived by his son, Gary Ruggles; nieces, Clara Bullard and husband Kenneth, Shirley Hoffman and Debbie Hoffman; great nieces, Lori Gonzalez, Candice Pfleegor, Becky Hoffman, Kim Peveto and Lisa Fenner; nephews, Tony Hoffman and Bob Hoffman. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 22,2016 at 10:00a.m. in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with burial following in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Friday, October 21, 2016 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
