Vicky Lois Minter Spell of Beaumont Tx passed away on June 29, 2021 after a long battle with Covid-19. She was born August 4th, 1959 to Jack Minter and Betty Crane in Kountze, Texas. Vicky married Harold Spell on June 10, 1988 in Beaumont, Texas. Vicky was a member Meeker Baptist church in Beaumont, Texas where she loved singing with the Choir and taught Sunday school for years. Vicky was a valued friend and employee at Overhead Door for 17 years. She enjoyed traveling, car shows with her boys, shopping, and singing. Vicky enjoyed all those things most when doing them with family. She and Harold worked hard to establish the roots for an exceptionally tight knit group of children and grandchildren. Vicky never met a stranger and will be loved and missed by all those near and dear to her.
She is survived by her Husband of thirty-three short years Harold Spell of Beaumont Texas; sons Joey Garcia and wife Rose of Sour Lake, Jeremy Spell of Crosby, and Alan Spell of Beaumont; Mother Betty Crane of Silsbee; sisters Kathy Dotson of Lumberton, Angelia Frazier and Husband Michael of Silsbee; Brother Stephen Minter of Silsbee; Grandchildren Bella and A.J. Garcia along with nieces and nephews.
Vicky is proceeded in death by her Father Jack Minter, and brother-in-law Mark Dotson of Lumberton, and Stepfather Reverend Charles Crane of Silsbee Tx.
Funeral services will be held at Forest lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, Tx on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at the funeral home.
