Thomas Nelson & Sylvia Jeanne Jordan

Thomas was born December 18, 1947 in West Palm Beach, Florida to Alf and Margaret Campbell.

Thomas was a pilot and loved to hunt, draw and do photography. Mr. Jordan retired in 1999, from Mobil Oil as a process operator.

Thomas is preceded in death by his father, Alf Campbell.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret Jordan; son, Brian Jordan and wife Carla; one sister, Deborah Pickering and husband Ronald; two grandchildren, Nickolas and Skylar Jordan.

Sylvia was born October 19, 1947 in Beaumont, Texas to Carl and Aline Havard.

Sylvia was a member of Candlestick Baptist Church in Lumberton where she enjoyed teaching bible school.

Sylvia is preceded in death by her father, Carl Havard; loving husband, Thomas Nelson Jordan.

She is survived by her mother, Aline Havard; son, Brian Keith Jordan and his wife Carla of Starks, Louisiana; two sisters, Barbara Havard and Lana Havard Fertita and grandchildren, Nickolas and Skylar Jordan.

A gathering of family and friends will be held for Mr. and Mrs. Jordan Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services for Mr. and Mrs. Jordan will be held Friday, December 14, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
