Rayford Wayne Wright

Rayford Wayne Wright, 75, of Beaumont, died Monday, September 12, 2022 at his residence in Cleveland, TX. A native and longtime resident of Beaumont, Rayford was retired pipefitter and welder with Local Union #211 after 52 years of faithful service. Rayford enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing, spending time with his family and was an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan. Rayford was a faithful member of Our Lady of Sorrow Catholic Church in China, and proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

A Celebration of Rayford's Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Beaumont, with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.

A Gathering of Friends and Family will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

Rayford was preceded in death by his loving wife Doris Marie Wright, daughter, Kimberly Wright, parents, Wilson and Freda Wright, and his sister, Debbie Mathew.

Rayford is survived by his son, Dwayne Wright and his wife Dawn of Cleveland, brother, Thomas Lee Wright & his wife Delta, grandchildren, Kendric Wright of Cleveland,TX., Kamerin Wright of Conroe,TX., Kevin Meduna of Kyle, TX., Ashley Meduna of College Station, TX., Kaytlyn Simoneaux of Kirbyville, TX., Randee Taylor of Kirbyville, TX., Mathue Taylor of Kirbyville TX., Cody Schexnider of Southeast Texas, and his 6 great grandchildren.

Rayford will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
